Lisa LaLonde and Charles Fick

While Lisa and Charles have both been CFOers for over 20 years, their paths only crossed in 2001 at the CFO youth leadership training with Col. Bo Bottomly. Since then, they have built not only a great team approach to youth ministry, but have seen how God uses their friendship to model healthy friendships for youth. They are both worship leaders, speakers, rhythms leaders and rostered youth leaders. They have both been instrumental in starting up the Northeast "YAYA" (Youth and Young Adult) CFO retreats, which have become a vehicle for giving YAYAs the chance to "learn by doing."

Lisa and Charles share a passion about letting youth discover who they are by experiencing the love of God through each part of the CFO program. They each frequently wear many artistic hats, but one of the highlights of their friendship was when each got to play on the other's worship recording projects. They both call New York "home" and have a combined tally of leadership at over 30 different CFO camps.
